Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled time will incur a 25% late fee and may be subject to appointment modification or cancellation.

Clients are responsible for any travel expenses incurred in the event of late arrival or cancellation.

Salon 2 You offers both in-studio and mobile services.

Travel is calculated at $1 per mile (one way) from your artist’s home base.

Travel fees may be split among clients for group bookings.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all parties and event bookings.

No modifications or refunds can be made within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date.

To ensure the highest level of service and comfort:

• Please provide a table-height chair for your technician

• Allocate space in a common area for your appointment

• Dogs should be secured during the service

• Smoking is not permitted during appointments
